SALES POLICIES

SHIPPING:

We will select Express Mail-3 days unless a reasonable alternative is requested.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING:

We accept credit card payments as a form of payment. Additional verification of the credit card may be necessary prior to shipping the order.

PRIVACY:

We will not sell, rent, or otherwise release any personal information to anyone. The information that you have allowed us to use is for the purpose of our own internal use and is intended to help us serve you better. More...

ORDER PROCESSING:

Retiredice Alpacas and Guanacos reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If the order is canceled, any authorization on your credit card will be promptly voided. If your credit card has already been charged, a prompt refund will be processed.

STATEMENT OF LIABILITY:

Retiredice Alpacas and Guanacos shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection herewith.

RETURN POLICIES

Returning Products for Exchange or Credit: All sales are final although some products may be returned for store credit or exchange. A product in resellable condition may be returned for exchange or credit toward future purchases within 90 days of shipment date. “Resellable condition” means the product is unused, in the original packaging, with all original packaging content. Cash refunds will not be issued. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling are not refundable.

RETURNING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

All products proved to Manufacturer's satisfaction to have been defective at time of shipment may be returned within 30 days of shipment date. Merchandise will either be replaced, repaired, or the value of the product issued for credit. At our discretion, we will reimburse shipping and handling charges related to the return and exchange of defective products.

Some products are further warranted against manufacturing and material defects arising under normal usage; refer to specific product warranties for more information.

ADDENDUM 1.0 - Super Glide Picker

DEPOSIT:

50% Deposit required at time of order; balance due before shipping/delivery

TURN-AROUND TIME:

Turn-around time is approximately 90 days from order.

GUARANTEE:

The Super Glide Picker comes with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

RETURN POLICIES:

You may return the picker within 30 days of receipt, in original shipping packaging and box, for a full refund, less shipping charges both ways.
